1. About Rabindra Medical Hall

RABINDRA MEDICAL HALL is a licensed pharmacy located at BADAMBADI BUS STAND, OSRTC MARKET COMPLEX, SHOP NO-3, CUTTACK. We hold Drug License Nos. CU-28841/R, CU-28842/RC, CU-11433/RX and GST Registration 21AARFR5599J1ZH. We sell prescription medicines, healthcare products, and wellness essentials in compliance with Indian pharmacy law.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Be a resident of India placing an order within our delivery zone
• Provide a valid medical prescription for all prescription-only medicines

3. Account Registration

To place an order, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Prescription Requirement

All restricted, scheduled, and prescription-only medicines require a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner. By ordering these medicines, you confirm that:

• You have a valid, legible prescription from a qualified physician
• The prescription meets all legal requirements (doctor’s signature, registration number, etc.)
• The medication is medically necessary and appropriate for your condition
• You understand that our pharmacist may consult with the prescribing physician if needed

We reserve the right to refuse to dispense any medicine if the prescription is invalid, expired, or insufficient.

5. Product Information & Pricing

We strive to ensure accuracy of product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, errors may occur. If a pricing error is discovered, we will notify you and either cancel the order or re-price the item. We reserve the right to correct any errors without prior notice.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• The final price payable is the price displayed at checkout, plus any applicable delivery charges.
• We may update prices at any time without notice (this does not affect orders already confirmed).

6. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion and without liability. For prescription medications, orders are only confirmed after prescription verification.

7. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex)
• Net Banking
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.)
• Wallet payments
• secure online payment

Payment is processed by secure third-party gateways. We do not store your full card or banking details on our servers.

8. Delivery

Delivery timelines, charges, and service areas are as described in our Delivery Information page. Risk and ownership of products transfer to you upon delivery and signature (or as specified for contactless delivery). We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (weather, strikes, courier failures, etc.).

9. Returns & Refunds

Our returns and refunds policy is detailed on our Returns & Refunds page. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (especially medicines and personal care items) may not be eligible for return once sold. Returns are subject to stock availability and product integrity checks.

10. Cancellation

You may cancel orders for non-prescription items before dispatch. Prescription orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun. Cancellations and refunds for prescription items are not permitted in accordance with drug law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rabindra Medical Hall and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Any delay or failure in performance due to causes beyond our control
• The accuracy or completeness of product descriptions, images, or content
• Any adverse reaction or side effect from medication (customers should consult their physician)

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

The information provided on our website and by our staff is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. We are a pharmacy, not a medical practice.
